In 1993, Shang Guoming from Muwo Village, Bijie, Guizhou was the only teenager in the village to be admitted to junior high school. The isolation of the mountains and the financial difficulties of his family have become dual challenges on his path to education, but they have also honed his belief that "knowledge changes destiny". At the age of 18, Shang Guoming, with a simple dream of "building houses in the town," traveled alone to Shenzhen, sleeping on construction sites and seeking employment everywhere. With the perseverance to stand out among hundreds of people, he finally knocked on the first door of the luggage industry.

From 1994 to 2002, Shang Guoming worked in a luggage factory in Shenzhen for 7 years. With a down-to-earth and diligent spirit, he grew from the grassroots to a design backbone. In 2002, he moved to Huadu, Guangzhou, constantly expanding his horizons and network. However, when he first started his business in 2007, he encountered a setback - he invested his savings to jointly establish a factory, but ultimately lost more than 100000 yuan due to management loopholes.

In the Spring Festival of 2008, a phone call between Shang Guoming and Hu Mingguo changed their fate. Despite learning that his old friend's entrepreneurship had suffered setbacks, Hu Mingguo did not hesitate to borrow 50000 yuan to join. In March, the "Xudong" processing factory was established, specializing in OEM luggage and bags. However, two years later, due to the loss of the core team, it fell into a low point. Faced with risks, the two chose to break through: no longer relying on OEM, but establishing their own brand, truly mastering their destiny - Prowell Bag Co., Ltd. was officially born in 2010.

In the early days of its establishment in 2010, Prowell faced financial difficulties. The two brothers secretly borrowed 1 million yuan from their families and personally operated the market, procurement, and production, with footprints covering more than ten cities across the country. In less than a year, Prowell stepped onto the stage of international exhibitions in Dubai and Germany, accurately adjusted its positioning based on its exhibition results, and entered the field of photography bags, becoming the designated manufacturer of international brands such as Samsung, Canon, and Sony.

With the intensification of industry competition, the two brothers realized that "development is the source of the industrial chain." They invested heavily in building a research and development team, shifting from "providing products for customers" to "leading customer needs." Prowell gradually transformed from a passive contractor to an industry benchmark with independent design discourse power.

Even though they have the initiative, the two brothers always adhere to the creed of "protecting customer interests": strictly controlling raw material procurement, ensuring the quality of every batch of products, and winning long-term trust from customers with a "good reputation". Over the course of 14 years, Prowell has grown from a team of a few people at its inception to a comprehensive enterprise with an annual output value exceeding 100 million and over 600 employees.

'One cannot forget their roots' is the creed of the two brothers. They continue to give back to their hometown of Bijie: Donating funds for education: Entering mountainous schools to inject strength into rural education; Employment Assistance: Employed over 300 fellow villagers in Bijie, providing benefits such as social security, annual leave, and seniority awards; Rooted in the industry: In 2018, Guizhou Pulewei Company was established in Qixingguan District, Bijie, to provide employment opportunities for hundreds of people. As employee Liu Peng said, "I have worked at Prowell for 6 years, with a monthly salary of over 10000 yuan, complete benefits, and a strong sense of happiness
